Purpose & what we collect
We collect only your name, email, and optionally your phone, company, and message — solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask for it, to arrange an assessment or proposal. We do not use these details for anything else.
Consent & where it's stored
Your submission goes to our form provider, Formspree, which emails it to our team. Only authorised XenTegra India staff can read it. You give consent by ticking the box before sending, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you may access, correct, or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. We respond to verified requests within 30 days — make a request or read the full Privacy Policy.
